SEO Senior Manager

The Role

RocketReach is in a period of rapid growth and we are looking for an SEO Senior Manager who will partner closely with our Product Managers on the RocketReach team! You will be working closely with a team of Engineers, Designers, technical Founder, and Head of Product to define our product roadmap and shape our SEO strategy.

We Are Looking For People Who

• Develop strategy and execute on all SEO initiatives for the business including improving keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and content marketing.
• Proven track record of optimizing large content sites for competitive head terms and long-tail keywords.
• Optimize existing web content to maximize search engine visibility.
• Lead company website optimization by delivering technical specs to other teams and executing audits.
• Keep up with the latest trends in search engine optimization and Google algorithm changes.
• Forecast and measure the impact of SEO programs on traffic, leads, and opportunities and drive reporting around performance. 
• Create targeted content to prospective customers throughout the buyer journey
• 3+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record
• Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, white-hat ranking strategies, and best practices.
• Knowledge of search engine algorithms & SEO tools/vendors.
• Highly technical in regards to content SEO skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript for SEO purpose
