Senior Product Designer

About this Role

We are hiring a senior-level Senior Product Designer to help lead us in our mission to build user-centered products that our customers actually want and need. 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help lead our design efforts and define the future of our platform. You will work with cross-functional teams and users to create thoughtful and delightful experiences that help solve the retirement crisis in America. These responsibilities include gathering customer feedback and inspiring change by delivering sound evidence for your design decisions. This will help the team better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless. We appreciate designers who think deeply, speak clearly and love collaboration and feedback throughout the design process.

You Will

• Collaborate with our internal team and users to identify business and user needs within the Signal Platform
• Take ownership of platform features and look to continuously advocate for our users to create a best-in-class platform experience
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to ensure implementation of a best in class design, facilitate design discussions, and give feedback in product planning discussions
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product and Engineering Leadership to define new features and contribute to the overall direction of the platform
• Assist in building and evolving our design system in order to create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Work in close collaboration with Design Leadership to inform and improve our design processes and systems
• Help with establishing a strong design-first culture within the company

You Have

• 6+ years of UI/UX Design experience
• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in Typography, UI/UX Design, and Feature Ideation and Exploration
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
• Solid understanding of how to create and leverage usable, accessible, and modular design systems that can scale
• Experience partnering with Product Managers and different stakeholders to develop the strategy and rationale for features based user feedback and data
• Experience in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment
• Proven track record of shipping successful products

• Experience working in an iterative agile environment
• Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
