Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for defining product vision and strategy and driving product initiatives from discovery to delivery. You serve to connect the dots between the business and technology and inspire the teams you work with. You build products and solutions, prioritizing and solving for opportunities and problems while ensuring business value.

We are hiring experienced Product Managers in various areas of our business: ecommerce, payment gateway technology, restaurant point of sale technology, mobile payments, payment processing

What you will be doing:

• Define product vision and strategy and own the roadmap
• Lead product initiatives through discovery, design, delivery, and deduction
• Research and validate product initiatives
• Define, document, and review requirements with stakeholders and engineering
• Facilitate beta testing to recommend improvements to the product prior to launch
• Communicate development status and go-to-market strategy
• Develop and write training content to ensure alignment of product knowledge internally and externally (sales)
• Define and analyze data driven metrics that inform success
• Champion the merchant and their customers to offer a stable, secure, and seamless payments experience
• Collect and prioritize feedback and requests from merchants, sales partners, and the organization
• Research and understand industry trends and the competitive landscape

What we need from you:

• BA/BS in a technical or quantitative field
• 5+ years experience in product management in financial services
• 5+ years of payment experience
• Creative and strategic mindset
• Be a storyteller with strong verbal and written communication skills to identify user challenges and needs
• Able to positively influence others and maintain effective business relationships
• Have a self-motivated attitude with the ability to work through uncertainty
• Have a proven track record of building products from inception to execution
• Working knowledge of the agile development process
