High Level:
Sales development representatives need to be highly organized. You'll spend a lot of time creating industry landscapes and preparing lists. Sales Enablement is your main responsibility - identifying prospects, collecting & recording sales data, and assisting the sales leader as necessary. Your main function is to be the sales leader’s right hand and go-to problem solver. You must have impeccable communication, critical thinking skills, and possess both an innate curiosity and drive to outperform expectations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Analytics - Gather statistics from Sales Scorecard & SF Reports to fill in revenue pacing for each business line
- Lead Generation - creating sector landscapes, lead lists, and targets to divy up for sales team
- CRM Management - Creating, Editing records in Salesforce for team members
- Sales Collateral - Working with Marketing to project manage creation/editing of sales collateral
- Resources - Organization of all documents related to the sales process
- Logistics - Help with any Day-of Logistics tasks: monitor chats, registration, etc
- Calendar - Appointment Setting / Managing Calendar
Stuff you need to get this gig:
- Being the first point of contact for new business prospects and determining the next steps
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
- Organization skills are important to juggle multiple clients and their needs
