The Role:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help us implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work together with our marketing ops manager to craft beautiful and compelling content for campaigns and strategies that drive acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers. Together, you’ll ensure our message reaches our target audience so that RIVET can enter the next stage of growth. Our ideal candidate has b2b saas experience and is based in the Metro Detroit area (or willing to relocate). The mission of this new role will be to meaningfully connect and engage with the entire electrical contractor market, expanding later to other verticals. This position will report to the CMO. We’re looking for someone to join us in the next 90 days.

About the candidate:

  • Proven experience carrying out B2B saas marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Successful management of SEO/SEM, social media and paid advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert
  • Can optimize landing pages and user funnels
  • Skilled in experimentation
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools, Google Ads and social media advertising
  • Metrics driven with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
  • Excited by marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends


You will:

  • Design and implement data-driven, high converting growth initiatives with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
  • Contribute to a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the Marketing Ops Manager and CMO
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
  • Monitor and manage our social media and web analytics and develop insightful reports
  • Work cross-functionally with the product, design, customer success and sales teams
  • Ensure the company blog, social media accounts and website are continuously updated and optimized to provider a great user experience
  • Develop and maintain an expert understanding of the RIVET application
