Role Summary:

We are looking for teammates who can help connect our sales team to new opportunities with large brands and marketing agencies. This role is responsible for taking ownership of the early stages of the sales process. These include prospecting in addition to analyzing customer needs and gauging their fit for our solutions.

As a quickly growing company we are looking for candidates who bring high potential and a high level of performance that we can promote into our sales teams. 

We work as a team, and are looking for someone who is coachable, driven, and comfortable testing new ideas to maximize their success. 

You will own:

  • Being accountable to monthly quotas and building a personal plan each week
  • Contacting prospective clients through phone, email, and digital channels
  • Giving performance updates to key stakeholders such as the director of business development or Vice President of Sales as needed
  • Building and brainstorming best practices with other members of the business development team
