Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for a team player and leader to take our accounts receivable and credit risk functions to the next level. This position will require excellent communication and organization skills to lead various process improvements and contribute to global cash collection effort. The main responsibilities of the senior credit analyst are as follow:

• Ensure daily Accounts Receivable functions such as customer invoicing, cash remittance and applications, credit and debit memo issuance, are performed accurately and timely.
• Experienced with customer reconciliation and Aging clean up to ensure account record accuracy by minimizing credit on accounts.
• Work effectively with both external and internal contacts for accounts receivable related inquiries including resolving any invoicing and payment issues to maximize cashflow and decrease >90 day aging items.
• Contribute to month-end and quarter- end closing activities by meeting various deliverable deadlines.
• Assist with SOX audit by providing required document that are compliant with internal controls.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree and related work accounts receivable experience of 2-3 years
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
