This individual will lead rollout of new Dassault 3DExperience Enovia modules at enterprise level end-to-end by coordinating project activities across IT, business, and vendors. In-depth knowledge of 3DExperience platform is needed to drive consensus among stakeholders to drive decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation design meetings with KLA business, vendors and extended IT teams to drive decisions and develop project plan
- Lead cross-functional and cross-team discussions to plan data migration, configuration development and system integration infrastructure needs for project
- Conduct project due diligence with business, SMEs and IT to scope out work, uncover risks and estimate resource needs
- Communicate project status on regular basis to project stakeholders, PMO office and business track owners
- Create detailed project plan with task level information, phases, milestones and highlighted critical path items to provide visibility to the project stakeholders
- Actively manage project day-to-day activities and update project plan, AIDRs and to-do list for teams in daily status update meetings
- Coordinate activities with Enovia PLM, extended IT teams and vendor to execute data migration from source system to Enovia PLM
- Plan development of new configuration activities with vendor and coordinate activities with PLM team for application testing and with business for UAT
- Plan Go-live cutover activities with business, IT and vendor and get agreement from all teams involved in the cutover
- Develop Go-live readiness plan for post go-live application support
- Manage the cutover activities for the rollout of application to the end users
- Manage project risk and budget on regular basis
- Present project progress to project steering committee
- Attend and present project status on weekly basis to IT PMO
Required Skills:
- 10-12 years of IT experience in managing Enovia business applications at enterprise level, preferably with experience in IP Security / IP Manager / Seclore DRM Solution
- 5-7 years of active project management experience at enterprise level leading PLM application projects with deliverables and budget management responsibilities
- 3-4 years of experience in managing teams at cross-functional level in matrixed team structure
- Familiarity with enterprise business applications like CRM, ERP, SRM and Oracle ERP
- Ability to drive consensus between project tracks and teams to get alignment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on challenging projects with people in various location worldwide
- 1-2 years of experience in designing and configuring Enovia PLM application, but not needed
- Ability to lead teams without direct authority
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to organize information in summary for presentation to broad audience
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage time and priorities to meet customer deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 10 years OR
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years
