And, it allows financial institutions to provide relevant advice and cross-sell products and services in a more meaningful way.

Hack Day.

EXPLORE YOUR PROGRAMMING PASSIONS. Every other Friday afternoon, we give our developers a chance to work on something outside of the usual day-to-day. Maybe there’s some feature they feel passionately about, that has never made it into the sprint, or maybe they want to try something or learn something that they just don’t get a chance to during “normal” hours. It’s a way for our devs to have fun exploring something out of the ordinary.
